We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in UAT and financial reporting to lead business testing for financial reporting projects and system changes. The role will involve working closely with Finance, Reporting, Data, Change, and Technology teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements, data quality standards, and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead UAT activities for financial reporting projects, system enhancements, and business changes.

- Prepare UAT plans, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, schedules, and execution plans.

- Coordinate UAT activities across Finance, Reporting, Data, Change, and Technology teams.

- Manage end-to-end test execution, including defect identification, tracking, prioritization, and resolution.

- Validate financial and reporting data for accuracy, completeness, reconciliation, and consistency.

- Ensure reporting solutions align with business requirements, controls, governance standards, and quality expectations.

- Work with business and technology teams to investigate and resolve testing issues and data discrepancies.

- Coordinate business validation and obtain formal business sign-off upon successful completion of UAT.

- Prepare regular testing and delivery updates for stakeholders and highlight risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Maintain appropriate UAT documentation, evidence, and governance records throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3 - 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, UAT, Test Management, or Business Testing.

- Strong experience in UAT and business testing within Financial Services.

- Experience in Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Regulatory Reporting, or Reporting Change projects.

- Good understanding of test planning, test execution, defect management, data validation, and business sign-off.

- Experience with financial data reconciliation, reporting controls, and governance.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with business, technology, data, and change teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and delivery management skills.

- Experience working in complex and regulated financial environments.
