Business Analyst - Enterprise Insurance Suite - IT Services Firm

We are hiring EIS Business Analyst for our client based at across locations of India.

Requirements:

- Engineering / Masters in Business Administration with 8 to 12 years of experience in business analysis with at least 3 years in Insurance technology projects involving EIS or similar platforms.

- Must have experience in V20 and Property and Casualty Insurance (P&C).

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for EIS implementations across policy, billing, and claims domains.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding and feasibility of requirements.

- Support solution design workshops, process modeling, and gap analysis.

- Facilitate UAT planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business expectations.

- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project lifecycle.

- Strong knowledge of insurance business processes and EIS product functionalities.

- Experience with requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation tools.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
