Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst (BA) with over 5 years of expertise in both eCommerce platforms and ERP systems.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to define, design, and deliver high-impact solutions that drive business efficiency and digital transformation.

This is a high-visibility role requiring a deep understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with systems integration between eCommerce and ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to eCommerce and ERP systems.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

- Collaborate with development, QA, product, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Facilitate integration between eCommerce platforms (e.g , Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce) and ERP systems (e.g , SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).

- Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in defect resolution.

- Provide ongoing support and documentation for systems and workflows.

- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience:.

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, with a focus on eCommerce and ERP domains.

- Strong knowledge of at least one eCommerce platform (e.g , Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).

- Hands-on experience with one or more ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).

- Experience in process mapping, data flow analysis, and system integration.

- Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and middleware tools.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:.

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Scrum (CSM, PSPO) is a plus.

Prior experience in client-facing roles and working with offshore/onsite teams
