- We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a focus on digital and analytics projects in the renewable energy sector (Wind, Solar, Storage, Supply chain, O&M, Capital projects, etc.).

- In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that digital initiatives align with organizational goals and drive value in our renewable energy projects.

- Your expertise will help optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and promote the use of data analytics across the organization.

- BE from Reputed institute (IIT/NIT/BIT/VIT) 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the renewable energy or sustainability sectors.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation and analytics in renewable energy projects.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Experience with renewable energy management software and performance monitoring tools will be preferable.

- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements in solar energy technologies

- Develop and implement strategies to improve system efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for digital and analytics projects within renewable energy.

- Analyze data sets to extract insights that inform business decisions, focusing on performance metrics, market trends, and operational efficiencies.

- Process Improvement: Assess current processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement through digital solutions and data analytics.

- Serve as a liaison between technical teams, project managers, and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital and analytics projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

- Create detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and training materials.

- RFP and SOW preparation.

- System design preparing, Develop solution architecture.

- Product, solution and vendor evaluation and contracting.

- Support the testing and validation of digital solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and function as intended.

- Coordinating training and support to end-users on new digital tools and analytics platforms, promoting adoption and effective use.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in renewable energy and analytics to provide insights for strategic planning.

- Monitoring, understanding and analyzing Status of events (Fault/Warning/Communication Failure/System OK, etc.)
