About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Business Analyst to join our fast-paced Digital Transformation team in Pune.
You will be the crucial link between our business strategy and technology execution, focusing on optimizing processes and building scalable digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations) to clearly understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze and document current business processes ("As-Is"), identify inefficiencies, and propose streamlined, tech-enabled "To-Be" processes to enhance productivity and user experience.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel) to interpret complex data sets, identify key trends, and present data-driven insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- Solution Design & Validation: Work closely with the technology/development teams to design and test proposed solutions, ensuring they align perfectly with the original business objectives and user needs.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, and user manuals.
Skills & Requirements:
- Education: Full-time MBA/PGDM (Mandatory) from a reputed institution, with a specialization in Finance, Operations, Strategy, or Information Systems preferred.
- Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional ability in quantitative analysis, logical structuring, and problem-solving.
- Technical Tools (Preferred): Basic proficiency in SQL, MS Excel (Advanced), and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI or requirements management tools like JIRA/Confluence.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience and vice-versa.
- Cultural Fit: High level of ownership, proactive approach, and a strong collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
