Job Description: We are looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to be the founding member of our Product Management team. Who can be entrepreneurial and values moving quickly to drive product initiatives across the company. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to lead a product that currently serves over 30,000 customers in 120+ countries and is scaling each day rapidly using PLG (product-led growth) What you will do: - Provide analytical insights into problems, emerging trends, and new opportunities in the industry - End-to-end ownership of data across marketing, sales, and product engagement. - Build dashboards that are automated, scalable, digestible - but most importantly, useful - Drive insights on the impact of key marketing activities and experiments to help optimize channel mix and performance, as well as creative and social output - Analyse sales-related data to understand sales efficiency and evaluate what channels of acquisition are working best - Delve deeper into product metrics to understand ways we can reduce churn and improve customer engagement Skills you bring to the table: - Have an +1 year of experience working with large data sets, measuring analytics, business acumen & analysing metrics-based performance - Must have an experience with SQL and DBT for querying data and analysis - Must have a working knowledge of Metabases, Tableau, or an equivalent BI tool - Having experience in Python/R would be a plus - Experience in a SaaS company is a big bonus - Outstanding research and analytical abilities. - Advanced hold over Excel or Google sheets - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently - Maniacal attention to detail - Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment Benefits: We offer competitive salaries, meaningful equity, and a generous vacation policy.
