Business Analyst cum Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst cum Project Manager (BA/PM) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on project delivery experience. You will be responsible for understanding business objectives, defining requirements, and ensuring successful end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented effectively.

- Have a clear understanding of the business and it's flow.

Project Management

- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes.

- Communicate project status, risks, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Team Management

- Serve as a single point of contact between business users, development teams, and vendors.

- Drive alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

- Facilitate workshops, demos, and requirement review sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 5+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager (or similar hybrid role).

- High proficiency in Excel, SQL, data analytics and database management.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent documentation, presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft tools project management tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, Asana).

- Certification such as PMP, CAPM, CBAP, CSM, or PRINCE2 is a plus.
