Business Analyst - Credit/AR & Process Transformation

Job Description :

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Credit, AR & Process Transformation to support a strategic transformation initiative focused on strengthening enterprise governance, reducing financial risk, and improving operational excellence across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Credit, Legal, Operations, and Digital Transformation to improve business processes and implement scalable governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and map end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

- Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps

- Gather and document business & functional requirements

- Support future-state process design and governance initiatives

- Develop SOPs, process maps, RACI models, and control documentation

- Analyze KPIs including DSO, bad debt, collections, and compliance metrics

- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Digital Transformation teams

- Support project delivery, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and stakeholder workshops

- Assist in change management and adoption of standardized business processes

Required Experience :

- 4 - 7 years of Business Analysis experience

- Strong understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle

Experience working with :

1. Sales & Commercial teams

2. Credit & Accounts Receivable

3. Legal & Contract Management

- Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives

- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills :

- SAP OTC experience (Preferred)

- Equivalent ERP Order-to-Cash module experience is also acceptable
