Business Analyst - Consulting/GCC/Shared Services

- 5-8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within transformation programs, shared services environments, or consulting organizations.

Strong hands-on experience in:

- Conducting detailed process and activity assessments to identify improvement opportunities

- Building and analysing workforce models, including FTE estimation and resource planning

- Developing financial models to evaluate cost structures and alternative operating scenarios

- Identifying and recommending optimal solutions to enhance operational efficiency

- Supporting transition and migration initiatives, particularly for operations being established or expanded in India or Global Capability Centres (GCCs)

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage complex datasets and modelling, along with strong PowerPoint skills for creating clear and impactful presentations.

- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives across corporate functions such as IT, Finance, and other business support functions.
