We intend to build a talent + technology platform for law firms and lawyers across the globe to serve their clients. Key responsibilities: - Market and opportunity analysis. In addition to secondary research, this role will include significant primary research through informational interviews across people and companies in the relevant industries and markets. - Generate qualified leads of potential partners for acquisition or strategic partnerships for the ecom and legal services vertical teams to evaluate. - Deliver well-structured research to support key strategic questions for the ecom and legal services group. For. e.g., one such question is: Is growth by acquisition a sound strategy to publish industry trends and competitive analysis for the ecom and legal services teams. - Build and maintain strong relationships across the ecosystem with founders, industry analysts, market commentators, research communities etc. to inform your research. - Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about industry developments. Requirements: - Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build a clear narrative based on disparate pieces of information. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, potential partners, and take research backed positions to inform a strategic question faced by the business. - Proficiency in report creation, presentations and financial models - Should be open to working with teams in India, Singapore, Sydney 2 - 4 Years, CTC: - 15 LPA - 20 LPA NOTE: - 2-3 years in an investment bank OR investment banking service in EY etc. OR Private Equity teams of strategy consulting companies - One promotion in the org they joined as first job. - Corp Dev profile - Generalist - M&A, Strategy and Analyst work.
