We're seeking a Business Analyst Client Solutions to bridge the gap between clients and technology by translating business needs into actionable solutions. The role focuses on requirement gathering, solution design, and client data analysis within a high-growth SaaS & API-driven ecosystem.

Role Highlights:

- Conduct detailed discovery sessions to capture client business processes and integration needs.

- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for delivery teams.

- Map workflows, identify system gaps, and design API-based SaaS solutions.

- Handle client data requests, perform validations, and generate analytical insights.

- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams for seamless project delivery.

- Support UAT, project documentation, and stakeholder communication.

- Contribute to process optimization and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Ideal Profile:

- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS / Enterprise Software / Consulting.

- Solid understanding of API-driven platforms, data flows & system integrations.

- Proficiency in BRDs, FRDs, BPMN/UML, and user story creation.

- Strong communication and client engagement skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro.

- Exposure to SQL / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) preferred.
