This role is responsible for identifying project requirements and implementing cost-effective technology solutions that bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business needs.
- By leading advanced analytics, process improvement initiatives, and comprehensive management reporting, the analyst empowers stakeholders to make informed strategic manufacturing decisions that enhance efficiency across all business units.
Responsibilities :
- Process Optimization : Evaluate end-to-end manufacturing and power service workflows to anticipate bottlenecks, uncover inefficiencies, and implement scalable technology or procedural solutions.
- Strategic Road mapping : Lead continuous reviews of business processes to develop and execute optimization strategies that directly improve plant performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Operational Intelligence : Stay current on industry benchmarks and emerging manufacturing technologies to ensure the business adopts "best-in-class" operational standards.
- Stakeholder Communication : Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders, including plant managers, facilitators, and executive partners.
- Impact Reporting : Document and communicate the ROI and measurable results of improvement initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment across all business units.
- Governance & Maintenance : Update, implement, and maintain rigorous operational procedures to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance across multi-product environments.
