A leading multinational house is seeking for Business Analyst for the CEOs Office.
Role Business Analyst
Location - Mumbai (BKC)
1. Strategic Support & Business Alignment:
- Partner closely with the CEO in driving the organizations strategic agenda, ensuring priorities and decisions are translated into effective execution.
- Support preparation for Business reviews, Board meetings, leadership offsites, and external engagements.
- Conduct background research, summarize key insights, and provide analytical inputs to support decision-making.
- Track strategic initiatives and commitments owned by the CEOs office to ensure timely execution and follow-through.
- Maintain oversight of critical projects, providing summaries, updates, and alerts on milestones and risks.
2. Executive Office Governance:
- Support admin assistant in managing all aspects of the CEOs calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling aligned with strategic priorities, screen and prioritize meeting requests, ensuring adequate pre-read circulation and clarity of meeting outcomes.
- Drive governance of key forums (Leadership Team meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, etc.) including agenda setting, documentation, and minutes of discussion.
- Ensure timely internal communication from the CEOs office to relevant stakeholders, maintaining clarity and consistency.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality.
- Draft, edit, and review key communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences.
- Support CEO engagement with external stakeholders including clients, industry bodies, and partners, ensuring high-quality representation and follow-up.
- Build strong relationships across leadership teams to ensure effective information flow and alignment.
4. Decision Support & Insight Generation:
- Analyse information from various sources (business performance data, people metrics, external intelligence) to generate insights and recommendations for the CEO.
- Anticipate needs, flag issues requiring CEO attention, and ensure preparedness for critical discussions.
- Partner with key functions to align inputs for CEO-level decisions.
