Position Title: Business Analyst
Location: Pune
Key Applicant Requirements:
- A holder of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or greater.
- Have at least 5-9 years of Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar experience interfacing between a business and a development group.
- Proficient in the card processing industry.
- Demonstrate a technical proficiency by knowing C#, MSSQL, and or equivalent experience with programming languages and database query tools.
- Show an ability to manage and lead cross-team projects, working with multiple development teams, as well as internal and external partners to successful project conclusion.
- An Analytical and Innovative thinker.
- Proficient and have demonstrable Leadership and Teamwork skills.
- Proficient and have demonstrable communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Perform with commitment, accountability, transparency, integrity and partnership.
- Have a familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices (LEAN, AGILE (SCRUM and SAFE) as well as Waterfall project management methodology.
- Proficient in various office software products

Key Responsibilities:
- The innovation and automation team is seeking a curious, self-motivated sr. business analyst and agile practice leader to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a drive for constant improvement, a commitment to improving the internal technology experience, and the desire to use critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to find the best solutions to common pain points.
- Agile experience (especially as a scrum master or lead) is highly desirable.
- Create requirements, manage prioritization of work, and determine acceptance criteria for a development team based on payments industry knowledge and experience in the information technology space.
- Troubleshoot and identify gaps with existing systems/processes such as, but not limited to, manual processes that can easily be automated, lack of appropriate tracking systems, security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Assist in evolving team processes and drive continuous improvement based on experience in successful delivery in Agile teams.
- Contribute to the future roadmaps and planning based on industry experience and insights.
- Lead the change management and release process for products the team develops based on ITIL and company best practices.
- Help to establish a strong purpose and sense of urgency within the team in order to deliver projects on time.
- Maintain alignment between the Product Management, Program Management, the Development Teams, and Customer Service.
- Negotiate product offerings with stakeholders to find the optimal minimum viable product (MVP) for users needs.
- Lead agile ceremonies, especially sprint planning and backlog sessions.
- Craft product documentation, including quickstart guides, product manuals, and business processes.
- Advocate for user experience
