Business Analyst - Card Issuance Platform

JD: About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the modernization of card issuance platforms. This role focuses on driving clarity, alignment, and value across the payments ecosystem by working closely with clients, product teams, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet real business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes.

- Create high-quality documentation including business requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.

- Support solution design and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Participate in testing and validation activities to confirm requirements are correctly implemented.

- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend process or system improvements.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding throughout delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7-9 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within payments, cards, or financial services.

- Mandatory experience working on microservices-based applications.

- Strong understanding of the payments and card lifecycle, including card issuance and cardholder journeys.

- Experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban).

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

- Direct experience in the card issuance domain.

- Exposure to modern digital payments platforms and APIs.
