Business Analyst - Capital Markets/Trading Platform

Role:

Business Analyst - 7 to 10 years.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Information Technology team. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality technology solutions. Candidates with knowledge of Capital Markets domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow documentation.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.

- Coordinate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

- Support system development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.

- Ensure requirements traceability and quality documentation standards.

- Assist in issue resolution and change management activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering skills.

- Experience in Software Testing and UAT coordination.

- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Exposure to SDLC and Agile project methodologies.

- Good Knowledge of Capital Markets domain is a must.
