Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst specializing in Capital Markets & Trading with a focus on mobile app journeys, you will be at the forefront of shaping the user experience for our trading and investment mobile applications. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with product managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders across the business to define, analyze, and document requirements for new features and enhancements. You will play a crucial role in translating business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that our mobile apps meet the evolving needs of our users and drive business growth. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, usability, and overall satisfaction of our users, ultimately contributing to increased trading volumes and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for mobile app development, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on user needs, market trends, and competitive analysis, maximizing the impact of development efforts.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and ensure a shared understanding of project goals and objectives, fostering collaboration and transparency.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user flows, wireframes, and process diagrams, providing clear guidance to the development team.

- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the developed features meet the defined requirements and provide a seamless user experience, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the mobile app journey and recommend solutions to enhance user engagement and conversion rates, driving continuous optimization.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile app development and capital markets trading, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for mobile app development in the capital markets and trading domain.

- Proven experience in creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to guide the development process.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

- Deep understanding of the capital markets and trading industry, including knowledge of various asset classes, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements.
