Business Analyst - BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to e-Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Intra-group transactions

- Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications

- Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

- Conduct impact analysis and gap assessments on existing systems

- Support testing phases including UAT, SIT, and regression testing

- Ensure timely reporting and documentation for all assigned initiatives

- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to align systems with global regulatory standards

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services

- Proven domain knowledge in e-Invoicing, AR/AP processes, and intercompany/intra-group transactions

- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to finance and accounting

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

- Strong analytical and documentation skills
