Business Analyst (Female) - Mumbai

As an Business Analyst within the Banking sector, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing business performance. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with cross functional teams, gathering ad analyzing business reports, and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of sales processes, the effectiveness of business strategies, and the overall profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement in sales processes, transaction reporting, and overall business intelligence for the BFSI domain.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and project goals.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing sales strategies and improving customer engagement.

- Manage sales-related projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and alignment with business objectives.

- Support the development and implementation of new business intelligence tools and systems to enhance data-driven decision-making.

- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective solution delivery.

- Monitor and analyze transaction reporting processes to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
