Business Analyst - Banking Domain

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Banking Domain) to join our dynamic team

- The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in banking operations, with deep expertise in Payments, Liquidity, or Trade domains

- This role blends analytical insight, technical acumen, and strong communication skills to drive data-backed decision-making and enhance business processes in an agile setup

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements

- Perform detailed data analysis to support business and functional decisions

- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective banking solutions

- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data validation and reporting

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives

- Use JIRA for requirement tracking, issue management, and project updates

- Bridge communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst

- Proven expertise in the Banking Domain, especially within Payments, Liquidity, or Trade

- Strong hands-on experience in Data Analysis and SQL scripting

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and JIRA tools

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
