Role: Business Analyst - Flexcube

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications within Flexcube modules (FCR, FCC, FCUBS).

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation and integration.

- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design.

- Support UAT, defect management, and end-user training.

- Provide expert guidance on Flexcube best practices and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Flexcube (FCR, FCC, FCUBS).

- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Experience with Flexcube upgrades, customization, or implementations.
