The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for defining business requirements while ensuring quality validation of delivered solutions. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, embedding quality engineering practices throughout the lifecycle.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of requirements
- Collaborate with QE and development teams for validation
- Participate in test planning, UAT coordination, and defect triage
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
- Drive shift-left practices by early validation of requirements
- Support data validation and business scenario testing
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement sign-offs
