We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the automotive domain to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive systems, particularly in areas related to diagnostics and data integration. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance vehicle diagnostics and integration processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements specific to automotive systems. - Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. - Work closely with development teams to design and deliver data-centric solutions. - Ensure that data projects align with business objectives and meet quality standards. - Facilitate integration requirements clarification and support development teams during implementation. - Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing automotive systems. - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are accurately captured and addressed. - Conduct regular meetings to provide updates and gather feedback. - Utilize knowledge of Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS) protocols to interpret diagnostic data from vehicles. - Collaborate with technical teams to enhance diagnostic capabilities based on UDS data insights. - Identify opportunities for process enhancements within automotive diagnostic and integration workflows. - Recommend and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Required Qualifications - Minimum of 7 years as a Business Analyst within the automotive domain. - Proven experience working on data projects/products, with a focus on delivering integrated solutions. - Strong understanding of automotive diagnostic protocols, particularly UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services). - Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools relevant to automotive systems. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of successful collaborations. - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence. - Understanding of other automotive communication protocols and standards. Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications: Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.
