About the Role

- Join our IT & Payments team to implement and support ATM and Card Switch applications that handle high-volume debit card transactions.

- You'll work closely with vendors, business users, and internal IT to deliver new features, resolve issues, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, test and support ATM / MVS / Card Switch applications.

- Handle incident management, BAU operations, and vendor coordination.

- Work on VISA / MasterCard / RuPay simulators for certification and testing.

- Validate and reconcile transaction, settlement, and chargeback data.

- Analyze requirements, prepare documentation and coordinate UAT / SIT.

- Ensure compliance with EMV, NFC, Contactless, Encryption standards.

- Support process automation and monthly operational reporting.

Required Skills

- ATM / Recycler / MVS / Card Switch functionality

- ISO 8583, XML messaging standards

- Knowledge of Payment Switch, Debit Card Transactions

- VISA, MasterCard, RuPay simulator experience

- EMV, NFC, Contactless Payments

- Reconciliation / Settlement / Chargeback handling

- Basic SQL / Database skills

- Excellent communication & vendor-management abilities

Preferred Background

- Banking / FinTech / Payment Processor / Core Banking domain

- Exposure to Interchange Networks & Certification

Engineering / IT degree (B.E / B.Tech or equivalent)
