Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable user stories or technical specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding
- Support the QA process by creating test cases, performing functional testing, and validating deliverables against requirements
- Assist in project planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
- Continuously improve business analysis and QA processes for better team efficiency and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation including BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience supporting or performing QA/testing activities (manual testing, test case writing)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders
