Business Analyst - Airline Domain

We are seeking an experienced Airline Domain Business Analyst to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the airline industry, with extensive experience in business analysis, to help drive our strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for airline operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to improve airline services and customer experience.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the airline domain.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic business decisions.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.

- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneous
