Qualification - B./MCA/M.SC.(IT)/BCA/BSC(IT)/BSC

Skills:

- Communication, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Business Analysis, Excellent Analytical & Documentation Skills (Domain Expertise of Air Cargo or Cargo Ground handling)

Experience - 10+ years

Role Description:

- Thorough understanding of air cargo business, airport cargo operation.

- Responsible for requirement gathering and most importantly should possess excellent documentation ability

Job Description / Responsibilities:

- You will assist in the development and identification of business needs supporting the functions across the business unit

- Develop detailed business requirement specifications for all business units/facilities to define appropriate configuration technically.

- Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.

- Implement and manage standard testing procedures for application release updates, which includes creating, reviewing, executing and tracking test plan results.

Validate testing procedures to ensure they meet both business and technical requirements

- Review and present software upgrades to business partners.

Once new or enhanced functionality has been released, review release notes, communicate release changes to business partners, analyze and test new features and help guide business partners on utilizing new functionality

- Preference having knowledge in preparation of use case, SRS and other Business specification documents.

Core Competencies:

- Should be well versed with typical requirements processes and artefacts and have experience working with BRDs and Use Cases.

- Should be willing to travel to client locations across the world.

- Should possess basic knowledge of IT technical concepts and terminology

Operational Activities/TASKS

- Creating SRS documents, GAP documents, Swim lane Diagrams, Creating Process Flow charts.

- Maintain and regularly update roadmap list and ensure to enhance product

- Study Reports & Business Scenarios

- RFP Responses & Management presentations
