Role Objective:
The Business Analyst AI Transformation will support the Groups AI transformation initiatives by working closely with business verticals, functional teams, AI engineers, vendors, and technology teams. The role focuses on identifying AI opportunities, translating business needs into clear product requirements, enabling successful in-house or vendor-led AI solutions, and ensuring measurable business impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Opportunity Identification and Business Engagement:
- Engage with business verticals and corporate functions to identify AI initiatives for productivity improvement, revenue enhancement, and cost reduction.
- Identify additional AI opportunities recommended by the AI Transformation team based on industry benchmarks, peer analysis, and emerging AI technologies.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the AI Transformation team to build a prioritized pipeline of AI use cases.
In-house AI Solution Design and Delivery:
- Create and own Product Requisition Documents (PRDs) for internally developed AI solutions.
- Work closely with AI engineers to translate business requirements into functional specifications and agent designs.
- Coordinate business feedback, user testing, deployment, and post-launch impact tracking.
- Support roadmap planning for subsequent versions and enhancements.
Vendor-led AI Solution Design and Execution:
- Develop PRDs for vendor-led AI solutions in collaboration with business and functional teams.
- Evaluate vendors and support make-versus-buy assessments.
- Pressure-test vendor proposals and scopes with support from AI engineers.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and oversee solution deployment and issue resolution.
Market and Capability Scanning:
- Track developments in the enterprise AI ecosystem including tools, platforms, and agents.
- Identify opportunities for the Group to build or adopt new AI capabilities aligned with strategic priorities.
Experience Requirements:
13 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following environments:
- Management consulting
- AI or technology-led startups
- Business analysis or strategy roles in corporate environments (CEOs / Chairmans Office or similar high-exposure roles)
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA from a Tier-1 institution.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering (any discipline); IITs / NITs preferred.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and technology systems.

- Persistent, detail-oriented, and effective at stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Compensation:
CTC: Competitive with market standards, commensurate with experience and skill set.
