Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst - AI - Capital Market, you will be at the forefront of applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve complex challenges within the capital markets domain. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to define, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance trading strategies, improve risk management, and automate operational processes. This role requires a deep understanding of capital market instruments, workflows, and regulations, coupled with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, profitability, and compliance of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for AI and machine learning applications within capital markets for various stakeholders.

- Gather and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for AI product development to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and develop AI models and algorithms that address specific business problems, enhancing product functionality.

- Manage the AI product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Evaluate the performance of AI models and algorithms, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to optimize business outcomes.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting findings, recommendations, and project updates in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision making.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI and machine learning, as well as regulatory changes in the capital markets, to inform product strategy and development.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure AI solutions meet user needs and expectations, driving user adoption.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for AI-driven solutions.

- Proven expertise in capital markets, including a deep understanding of financial instruments, trading strategies, and regulatory frameworks.

- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, algorithms, and applications within the financial services industry.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience in AI Product Management, including defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing product releases.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
