Business Analyst - Agentic AI

Roles & Responsibility:

Program Leadership & Strategy:

- Lead the overall Agentic AI program roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital transformation goals.

- Oversee multiple AI use cases from ideation to production, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Define governance structures, operating models, and escalation processes for the AI program.

- Identify and prioritise high-impact AI opportunities across business functions.

Business Analysis & Solution Definition:

- Partner with senior stakeholders to capture strategic objectives, pain points, and AI-driven opportunities.

- Conduct process mapping and define functional requirements for AI agents, decision rules, and integration points.

- Collaborate with architects and data scientists to design scalable, compliant, and value-focused AI workflows.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

- Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.

- Lead stakeholder workshops, steering committees, and executive updates.

- Develop adoption strategies, training plans, and communication campaigns for AI solutions.

Value Realisation & Continuous Improvement:

- Define KPIs and success metrics for the AI program (automation %, decision accuracy, SLA
improvements, ROI).

- Monitor post-deployment performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and oversee continuous
learning for AI agents.

- Ensure the program meets business impact targets and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements:

- Experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, or Digital Transformation roles.

- Proven track record of leading AI, automation, or analytics programs in enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of LLM-powered AI, agentic architectures, and AI orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, Microsoft Copilot Studio).

- Proficiency in business requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories) and process reengineering.

- Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
