How You Will Make an Impact : Reporting to a Manager you will interface with cross-functional global teams in the planning, implementation and execution of: BUSINESS ANALYSIS, CLIENT SOLUTIONS and PROJECT MANAGEMENT : - Market research, industry analysis and competitive strategy formulation inputs i.e. conducting new market/industry analysis, competitive landscape analysis or regulatory analysis, etc. - Client project execution support i.e. input into project methodology; quantitative analysis; qualitative analysis; synthesis; report story-lining; report structure construction; produce reports on strategic issues, generate business plans and market reviews - Collaborate with global teams on client assignments i.e. internal/external stakeholder communication, coordination and liaison; cross divisional and inter-office coordination - Internal business planning inputs i.e. analysing commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts; business development campaigns and proposal support; presentations and pitch writing support; document management support What we are looking for : - Business, Finance or Engineering related bachelors degree is required - Graduate qualification AND MBA - Recognized mainstream international strategy consulting firm experience - Minimum 2-5 years experience as Management Consultant or Business Analyst (not more than 5 years!) - Overseas working experience is highly preferred - Solid research, analytical and consulting capabilities with solid logic - Ambition to grow with the business - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Skilled in using digital tools to make decisions and collect insights - Ability to work in teams with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds - Fluent in English, written and verbal - other languages are a bonus - Willingness to travel abroad (i.e. South Africa, Singapore, Australia, China, South America) - Ability to start immediately You will benefit from: - Competitive compensation - Huge opportunity to develop and grow with the business in a continuous learning culture - Training / mentoring - Enjoyable / constructive work environment - Solid professional services firm experience You must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job.
