Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Strategy Analyst to support the Executive Director's Office in driving strategic initiatives, business performance analysis, market intelligence, and business governance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market, industry, customer, and competitor research and analysis.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly MIS reports on business performance and market trends.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Support preparation of Board Meeting presentations, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and management review documents.
- Assist in customer meeting preparation, CRM governance, and strategic business initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track action items and ensure timely closure.
- Execute market research and business analysis assignments as required.
