Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with product, development, QA, and client teams.
- Drive requirement analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support UAT activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- FinTech/BFSI domain experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of APIs, software products, or SaaS platforms is an added advantage.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
