Business Analyst

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate high-level business objectives into detailed functional requirements to ensure engineering teams build solutions that solve actual user pain points.

- Design and document streamlined business processes to eliminate operational bottlenecks and enhance overall productivity across departments.

- Execute complex SQL queries to extract and synthesize data, providing stakeholders with the evidence needed to support high-stakes business decisions.

- BE, BTech, or MCA graduates are required, with a preference for those holding an MBA in Finance or Marketing strategy from an accredited university or premier institution.

- Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in financial services with proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies, strong data skills, SQL, Jira, and Azure DevOps.

- The role involves supporting end-to-end tech implementation project delivery across multiple business systems and processes, gathering requirements, process mapping, and managing change backlogs. SQL experience is mandatory.

Relevant Experience:

- Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or large-scale Transformation/Change Management programs will be preferred.
