Business Analyst

Role Overview:

The Aligne Business Analyst role at Andor Tech (India) Pvt Ltd involves working closely with clients and internal development teams to analyze, define, and document business requirements for Aligne implementations and enhancements. This role acts as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and deliver tangible value. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding client needs, translating them into actionable specifications, and validating the delivered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand client requirements related to Aligne implementations.

- Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements using appropriate techniques.

- Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.

- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Participate in testing and validation of Aligne solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements.

- Identify and analyze potential risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.

- Support project managers in planning and tracking project progress.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Aligne functionalities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough business analysis and requirements gathering for complex software implementations.

- Proven expertise in creating detailed documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and process flows.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly banking or insurance.

- Experience with Aligne or similar core banking systems is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
