Role Summary

The Senior Business Analyst will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Avaloq Wealth, analyzing current business processes, identifying system gaps, and defining future-state solutions. This role involves stakeholder engagement, advisory leadership, workshop facilitation, and cross-team decision influence.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as SME for Avaloq Wealth implementations and enhancements

- Analyze business models, operational workflows, and system integrations

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders

- Define current state vs. future state solutions

- Translate business needs into functional specifications

- Drive cross-team solution alignment and decision-making

- Provide advisory recommendations across multiple workstreams

- Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and solution documentation

- Support implementation lifecycle including UAT and change management

Must Have Qualifications

- 12+ years of total experience

- Hands-on experience in Avaloq Wealth platform

- Strong knowledge of wealth management products & processes

- Expertise in business analysis methodologies

- Experience in large-scale banking or wealth transformation programs

- Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills

- Experience working in cross-functional teams
