Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and document requirements to deliver effective solutions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

- Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams

- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies

- Support Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies

- Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Track requirements and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle

- Analyze business data and prepare insights, reports, and presentations

- Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and SDLC

- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation

- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio/Lucidchart

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
