Description:
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows
- Act as a liaison between business users, management, and delivery teams
- Define business rules, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test cases and validating business scenarios
- Assist in change management, impact analysis, and documentation updates
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review
- Ensure alignment of business objectives with project outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (non-technical focus)
- Strong understanding of business operations and process analysis
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience creating BRDs, process maps, SOPs, and workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Ability to analyze data, trends, and business metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
