Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N2/N3 or above).

The candidate will act as a bridge between Japanese stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth translation of business requirements into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business and functional requirements.

- Translate requirements between Japanese and English for stakeholders.

- Conduct analysis, prepare BRD/FRD, and support solution design and testing.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.

Required Skills:

- JLPT N2/N3 certification (mandatory).

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related domains.

- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence preferred
