Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, define improvements, and support the development of scalable and efficient solutions.
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and expertise in documentation and requirement analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and end-users to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvements or automation.
- Break down complex business problems into clear and actionable requirements.
Documentation & Specification
- Create and maintain detailed documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Develop workflow diagrams, business process maps, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure all requirements are captured and understood by technical teams.
Solution Design & Support
- Collaborate with technical teams and architects to propose viable solutions aligned with business needs.
- Ensure solution designs meet user expectations, usability standards, and business goals.
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT cycles.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Support the QA team in defining test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in functional testing, UAT support, and validation of final deliverables.
- Ensure issues are tracked, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams.
- Present findings, reports, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, communicate project status, and highlight potential risks or challenges.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze business data to support decision-making and identify trends or insights.
- Use analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) to prepare reports and dashboards.
- Validate data accuracy and support reporting enhancements.
Project Support
- Contribute to project planning, timeline estimation, and resource coordination.
- Support change management activities, including training and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure solutions are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards
