Business Analyst

Experience : 3-4 years

Location : Pune

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to work closely with the CEO/CFO. The role involves preparing review decks, investor documents, and business insights while acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for priority projects. This is an evolving position where understanding business operations, analyzing data, and driving actionable insights are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the CEO/CFO to create presentations, data sheets, and business models for investors and stakeholders.

- Develop MIS reports for regular internal and external reviews.

- Assist HR in rolling out KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards aligned with business goals.

- Act as a SPOC for cross-functional activities, including IT, Marketing, Legal, and IPO-related

initiatives.

- Support tender submissions by preparing and completing required documentation.

- Conduct financial and operational data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business operations.

- Work on process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

- Coordinate and communicate with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects.

- Track and monitor business performance indicators, preparing actionable insights for leadership.

- Support in investor relations by providing data, reports, and presentations as required.

- Participate in strategic planning discussions and provide analytical input to drive business decisions.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements where applicable.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Ability to quickly understand and grasp business operations and priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA or equivalent degree.

- 3-4 years of relevant experience.

- Experience working with investors/VCs is a distinct advantage.
