Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document requirements while working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.

You will play a key role in improving processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.

- Conduct detailed business analysis including workflows, process mapping, use cases, and gap analysis.

- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.

- Ensure requirements are aligned with organizational goals and validated with key stakeholders.

Documentation & Communication

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documents, and wireframes.

- Maintain accurate and updated project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

- Clearly communicate requirements, changes, and design decisions to cross-functional teams.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with business users and technical teams.

Project Support & Coordination

- Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure smooth execution.

- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies (if applicable).

- Participate in UAT planning, test case creation, and assist stakeholders during testing phases.

- Track and manage requirement changes, risks, and issues.

Process Improvement

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend data-driven improvements.

- Identify automation opportunities and inefficiencies across workflows.

- Support implementation of new processes, systems, and best practices.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management decision-making.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance in analysis and documentation
