About the Role:

V-Patrol AI Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support mission-critical projects in partnership with defense forces, intelligence agencies, and law enforcement organizations.

In this role, you will bridge business needs with data-driven solutions, enhance operational workflows, and ensure alignment with security protocols and organizational objectives. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about analytics, process optimization, and national security.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis & Optimization:

- Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities aligned with organizational goals and security protocols.

- Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and strengthen security standards.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements through meetings, interviews, and data collection.

- Translate business needs into data-driven specifications for analytics and technical teams.

Data & Market Insights:

- Collaborate with the analytics team to convert complex datasets into actionable business insights.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities and emerging trends.

- Support integration of analytics solutions with business workflows for defense and law enforcement clients.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a liaison between business units, analytics teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

- Present findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.

Project Coordination & Compliance:

- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.

- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights for decision-making.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools.

- Experience in business process analysis, workflow modeling, or requirement gathering.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

- Basic understanding of data analysis, with knowledge of Python and data visualization tools as a plus.

- Ability to operate in high-pressure, confidential, and security-sensitive environments.

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of defense, intelligence, or law enforcement operations and their strategic implications.

- Experience with business case development, SWOT analysis, or strategic planning.

- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
