Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Business Analyst with over 4 years of experience in gathering requirements, stakeholder communication, and delivering business solutions in IT projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in domains such as Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and product owners to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FRDs), and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure functional requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Participate in UAT planning, test case preparation, and functional testing to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and walkthroughs.
- Work with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as required by the project.
- Support product managers in roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Analyze and present data trends, KPIs, and performance reports to drive insights and improvements.
- Ensure documentation is updated and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Specific Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirement elicitation techniques, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Trello, or Balsamiq.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and unambiguous requirement documents.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and software testing life cycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital transformation, loan origination systems, mobile banking, payment systems, or regulatory compliance projects.
- Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis or reporting.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 3- 5years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, ideally within the BFSI or Fintech sectors
