About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role requires a hands-on approach to data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding, along with excellent communication and project management skills to effectively engage with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Project Management:

- Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects, from problem definition to solution delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.

- Gather requirements, present findings, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to a diverse set of global stakeholders using strong presentation skills and tools like PowerPoint.

Problem Solving:

- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks and execute data preparation and analysis using relevant tools, including Python.

Advanced Analytics:

- Utilize advanced analytical techniques such as exploratory analysis, segmentation, and regression to uncover deeper insights and support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Experience with Python for data analysis (e.g., using libraries like Pandas, NumPy).

- Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding with Tableau.

- Strong command of Google Sheets and Excel for data manipulation and modeling.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Proven track record of global stakeholder management.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
