We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in banking domain digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering technology solutions across various project phases, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth deployment of banking solutions.

- Deliver end-to-end technology solutions across core banking project phases including requirements gathering, solution architecture, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout.

- Provide technical and functional support during user training, testing, and production cutover activities.

- Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore teams, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), project scope, and timelines.

- Oversee customization, integration, and performance/security testing of banking applications and platforms.

- Facilitate smooth production rollout and ensure effective knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are clearly understood and solutions meet business needs.

- Document functional and technical requirements, business processes, and test cases thoroughly.

- Identify and help mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and quality delivery of banking transformation programs.

What Were Looking For:

- Strong expertise in core banking and digital banking implementations or upgrades.

- Hands-on experience with solution architecture, systems integration, performance testing, and UAT within banking projects.

- Proven track record of managing distributed teams and vendor resources in large-scale projects.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills.

- Experience working on large banking digital transformation initiatives, preferably involving modern banking platforms and technologies.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging business and technical teams effectively.
