
Role Summary
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are effectively captured and implemented.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to drive successful project outcomes, focusing on Company's innovative corporate card solutions and business banking tools.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering and documentation (FRD, BRD).
- Analyze and prioritize business objectives.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams for solution implementation.
- Evaluate and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain project documentation and deliver training for end users.
- Create process flow diagrams, workflows, and use case diagrams.
- Prioritize requirements and evaluate business processes for improvements.
- Support project management activities, including timelines, milestones, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years in business analysis, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of project management tools
