We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work closely with the Chief of Staff (CoS) in the Chairmans Office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical foundation, strategic thinking, and the ability to evaluate and drive key business initiatives across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Company & Industry Analysis:
- Collaborate with the CoS to review and analyze performance of tagged companies and strategic business units.
- Conduct deep-dives into specific industries, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Review Frameworks & Reporting:
- Design and enhance templates for business reviews, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic relevance.
- Prepare high-impact dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
Performance Benchmarking:
- Benchmark company performance against internal targets and industry peers on key financial and operational metrics.
- Identify gaps and areas of improvement across functions.
Strategic Insight & Initiative Development:
- Contribute to the ideation and conceptualization of strategic initiatives aligned with the Chairmans vision.
- Support business transformation efforts by providing data-driven insights and implementation roadmaps.
Key Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or business analysis.
- CA or MBA from a reputed institution.
- Strong grasp of financial modeling, data interpretation, and industry benchmarking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
- High degree of ownership, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Attributes:
- Exposure to diversified conglomerates or multi-sector environments.
- Prior experience working with CXO-level stakeholders or in a corporate strategy/chairmans office setup.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
