- Requirement Gathering Techniques:
- Interviews, Workshops, JAD sessions, Surveys, Brainstorming, Document Analysis, Prototyping
- Requirements Prioritization Techniques:
- MoSCoW, Kano Model, Ranking, T-Shirt Sizing
- Agile Methodology Proficiency:
- Understanding of Agile User Stories
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective
- User Story Writing and Acceptance Criteria (Given/When/Then format)
- Business Analysis & Documentation Tools:
- Microsoft Visio / Miro / Draw.io / Lucidchart (for Process Mapping)
- JIRA / Confluence / Azure DevOps Wiki / MS Office (for Agile Project Management)
- Balsamiq / Figma / Sketch / Miro (for Prototyping)
- Tableau / Power BI (for Data Visualization)
Process Modeling:
- BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Functional and Non-Functional Requirement Documentation:
- Functional: Use Cases, User Stories

- Stakeholder Management & Communication Skills:
- Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- 4-6 years of Business Analysis experience within a consultancy or services provider
