Job Title:- Business Analyst

Education: Graduate from a Tier 1 college

Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

- Certifications in Business Analysis, Power BI, or SQL would be a plus

- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and document complex business processes

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analytics & Problem Solving:

- Analyze business operations, workflows, and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and optimize business performance

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation

- Design and develop reports and dashboards using MS Excel to provide insightful and actionable business insights

- Query and analyze data from various sources using Excel to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and functional specifications

- Assess and identify areas for improvement in the company's present business processes

- Modernize systems by investigating and evaluating new IT developments and contemporary business practices

- Present concepts and results at meetings

Collaboration & Training:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation of solutions

- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to business analysis, data analysis, and reporting

- Adhere to project timelines, deliver high-quality work, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
